@Mitch Intrigued by the degrees of grammaticality discussion in speaks like a professor. Is there a good new question here, and if so, are you interested in asking it? I could try, but I don't know enough to ask a good question on grammaticality vs acceptability and whether rules of grammar are as universal as laws of physics (which are looking less universal.)

@ab2 There is a good question, but not a new one. I'm certain it's been asked here before enough times, but I don't feel like hunting for it.
Old(er)timers like @Mitch could find a link

@Robusto hm you might be onto something there. There's like 100 million in the Eurojackpot right now.
Well, joke's on him, then. For I just went and played all his numbers.
So he'll only get 45 mil at most.

@ab2 A good new question? About what? If you think there is a new question, then you should ask it since you know where your doubts are. I don't know your doubts. Maybe if you say them here I can address them directly.
As to universality, do you mean physics laws are looking less universal or linguistic laws (or is it language specific laws)?
Re grammaticality vs acceptability and grades of either, that's a linguistics 101 issue. Instead of relying on the questionable always-in-progress wikipedia, read in its entirety an intro linguistics text.

@JaspervanLooij Yay! You're back!
