@Student404Mus Are you doing martial arts professionally? Getting paid for it? And is it germane to the job you're applying for? If you answer no to any of those, forget it.

Is there a difference between translating a verse and translating a prose? e.g. verse translation would be free translation whereas prose translation would be literal translation.

@RegDwigнt Hmm.
It is spam.
And yet the author isn't a spammer.
Perhaps he is the kind of person that would forward chain letters in the 90s?

MuseScore in a nutshell @Robusto.
Why am I even trying.
Nota bene: it's a song in the public domain, with the sheet music up on Wikipedia. So you could literally google it in like two seconds.
I can't even muster the energy to say "I don't understand people" anymore.
I can't even muster up the energy to say "muster up" anymore.

@Cerberus It's like you don't understand English anymore.

BTW @Rob are you aware of that YouTuber by the name "TheNameIsGsarci"? He keeps uploading the most obscure and beautiful recordings of the most obscure and beautiful pieces no one has ever heard of. And he does it on like a daily basis. And has been for years. I wonder if you've bumped into him yet.
Like, this here is from just two hours ago:
Like, who the F is even that Lyapunov dude. And I'm asking that both in my capacity as a violinist and a Russian. But it's a concerto alright.
It's a peculiar channel. You should check out some time.

@RegDwigнt Never been to that channel, but I'll be sure to check it out in the future.
@RegDwigнt So I surmised already. But I applaud your Sisyphean efforts to hit life in the fist with your face.
And, yes, I am quite familiar with "Amazing Grace" and have been for decades. You pretty much can't escape it growing up in this country. So I'm familiar enough that I can see that that score is just ... bizarre.

@Robusto that is a wonderful way to put it. Might steal it for use as my life's motto. Up until then the best candidate I had encountered had been "I shall carve my name into the face of this planet even if I have to do it with my own spleen". Yours is less gory without being less visceral, if that makes sense.
@Færd Quite so. And it got handed to me from above for free, so yay me I guess.
Go team Ivan.
