Possibility to is only possible when it directly followed by an infinitive.
I would say possibility that in your example, followed by a full clause:
> Is there any possibility that the function doesn't work?
Or possibility of with a gerund:
> Is there any possibility of the function not working? (unusual: I probably wouldn't use this)
> Is it at all possible that the function doesn't work?
This last option is how I would say it; it sounds more natural to me. ^

hmm ok, and how is green the complementary of red? confusing, main colors are [red, green, blue], with secondary it's [red, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple]
