Show him a Youtube video of a blizzard.
Preferably recorded after sunset.

And I would still need to clear the driveway for my parents (we bought the house next to them, and the driveway is shared in front and splits in back). My dad works weird hours and will not have the option to stay home.

Aww.
Try to convince him to stay home anyway.
Or stay the night at/near work.

@tchrist I have failed to locate Unicode for a rotated "r". Rotated 180°.
@tchrist And now I have discovered that the Unicode Consortium uses "rotated" but also uses "turned". Grr.
Gɹɹɹɹɹɹɹ.

@Cerberus Oh I will, but I don't think it'll work.

Hehe.

Ooh, dinnertime!
Good luck with your snow if I don't catch you again before it begins, @Robusto.
I'll probably pop in later though. Going to try to wrap up a little w-rk in case knocks on wood any pesky important wires come down or anything.

@aediaλ You too.

Take care.

@Sim Do you have a kind word to help this person better understand how SE sites work? She seems to be treating ELU like a forum.

A: Activity/adjective for keep re-mentioning a favor

Susan WillMany good suggestions here. I'd say "milking it" likely will work best. You could say, "Stop milking that favor" or "You've already milked that favor for all it's worth." (Though I also like the suggested use of beholden for its dramatic ring.) Now I'm interested to hear what you use and how it ...

The only two "answers" she provides are ones from other people before her, and she solicits more opinions/options.

@tchrist Haha, why can't you provide the kind word then?

@JacobBlack Because I would fuck it up.
