Take $S$ some combinatorial monoidal model category where every object is cofibrant and weak equivalences are stable under filtered colimits (most of this is doubtlessly irrelevant, but I'm including everything just to be safe). It's used implicitly in HTT A.3.2.4 that the category of small $S$-enriched categories is presentable. Why is this? I understand why the category of categories is presentable and can probably figure out this for $S=SSet, Vect, ...$ but I don't see what to do in general.
