Is there a way to build the Day convolution of two representable functors using limits and finite colimits of representable functors?

8:14 AM
There is for example Lemma 2.13 in arxiv.org/pdf/1801.03467.pdf , in a special case, but in my case the source category is not stable (and not a functor category).

Is Moerdjik model structure on bisimplicial sets (weak equivalences and fibrations are diagonal weak equivalences and diagonal fibrations respectively) cofibrantly generated?

@EspenNielsen Isn't the Day convolution of representable functors the functor represented by the tensor product of the two original objects? That is, the Yoneda embedding is symmetric monoidal.

@DenisNardin You're right! I should read more carefully...

What do you think the about renaming divisors tag in a way which makes clearer that it is not about divisibility of numbers? I have just made a post on meta about this. Any feedback there or in MO editors' lounge is more than welcome.

@Girish i thought it was so by definition...? its lifted from the standard kan--quillen model structure on sSet along diag_! -| diag^*
what leads you to be interested in the moerdijk model structure?

@MartinSleziak I think algebraic-cycles could work, but it's wordier divisors is of special interest.

supposed to be "...it's wordier and divisors are of..."
