For those who missed (like me) - there exists "review queue" - and some questions can be closed via that pipeline. So even old questions can be closed without any activity, which is unusual. In my mind it is NOT a good feature. Also some may miss: to get a "timeline" of the question - thanks to ...

Could you clarify what you mean by "close votes are not seen" and perhaps include the screenshot? I see the list of five users who closed the question on the question, in the timeline and in the revision history - in the other words, to me they are displayed as usual. — Martin Sleziak 3 hours ago
Only now I realized that it is actually your question - so some things can be displayed differently to you than to the other users. Do you see close voters on other closed questions of yours? — Martin Sleziak 3 hours ago
@MartinSleziak Thank you for the clarification - seems interface has been changed and I did not look on the appropriate places. But I am still surprised - votes to close - typically "live" 5 days and than disapper - but here seem votes were accumulated for year ? or no ? — Alexander Chervov 3 hours ago
@AlexanderChervov Three of the close votes were on February 15, and one each were on February 19 and February 22, respectively. — Stefan Kohl ♦ 3 hours ago
@StefanKohl thank you ! It would be natural then - that the question have been active something around 15-22 Feb ? I do not see any activity - am I mislooking ? — Alexander Chervov 3 hours ago
As you can see from the timeline, four of those close votes came from the clove votes review queue. (The first close vote put it into this queue.) — Martin Sleziak 2 hours ago
@MartinSleziak "review queue" - that is something I missed. Thank you. Not a good idea in my mind. — Alexander Chervov 2 hours ago
@AlexanderChervov You get to the timeline by clicking on the button which is just below votes and saves. I will add a link to a post on Mathematics Meta which has a screenshot: How to see questions time line? — Martin Sleziak 2 hours ago

How can I see question timeline? For example, when it is reviewed when it get an answer when it is vote up. And if I can't see it yet in which reputation I can? Because when I do it it doesn't work.

As of January 16, 2020, all questions and answers have a “timeline button” underneath the voting buttons. Clicking on the clock icon directly leads to the timeline for that question or answer: For more information, see the announcement Add a link to the timeline of a post on Meta Stack Exchange.

@AlexanderChervov Just in case some of the comments under your recent question on meta get deleted, they are archived in the MathOverflow chatroom, too.
