@MartinSleziak The question had 3 upvotes, and was deleted on April 18, 2015. I suspect the score trajectory that we see now may not reflect what one might see in real time - there may be an anomaly involving an account deletion on April 4, 2019.

Well, if the question was deleted in 2015 then the oscillating between 101, 106 and back cannot be from the question.
As you say, possible explanation could be "user was removed".
