@MartinSleziak Thank you for adding the screenshot. I think it makes the answer much clearer.

@Catija Hello
There is an option to ignore some tags..
even if I ignore it is still showing in the main list...
It is not clear. There is some blur... But Is that all it makes if I ignore a tag?

If it helps, some links to basic info is in the tag-info for ignored tags: meta.mathoverflow.net/tags/ignored-tags/info
The only question on MathOverflow Meta about this that I remember is this one: Vanishing questions. It contains a screenshot (in the old look).
> By default, questions with these tags are shown faded; they are still visible but less prominent. If you select Hide questions in your ignored tags in the Tags section of /users/preferences, they are hidden completely (this is done by a client-side script however, so you may notice odd “gaps”.)
Although I cannot find that setting when I look into my preferences. Maybe the interface has changed. Maybe I am just not that good in finding things.

I do not understand "If you select Hide questions in your ignored tags in the Tags section of /users/preferences, they are hidden completely "
There is no tags section in /users/preferences

As I mentioned, I cannot find it either. I have looked in Tag Watching & Ignoring and in Preferences.
Maybe the FAQ is outdated.
I was able to find the two options described here: Is there a way to hide “ignored” tags completely? But this is on the main site, not in preferences.
There are a few posts on meta Stack Exchange, but they seem to be all saying basically the same thing (which I wasn't able to do): How do I hide posts matching my ignored tags? and When will I not see questions tagged as ignored anymore?
In any case, some changes are planned anyway, we will see how the tab with preferences looks after that: Help us improve the user profile and settings
Maybe we can simply wait whether Catija responds to your ping, she definitely has much more experience with Stack Exchange software than I do.

A spam post on the main site is staying there for quite a long time. It was also caught by SD.
Perhaps there are now less users present to flag (as spam).
