Q: How much did "advice for first-time askers" help?

Martin SleziakSince October 2015 a "How to ask?" page is shown before a user asks their first question on this site, and they need to confirm that they read it; see here: Show “how to ask” advice before a new user asks a question. (The post announcing that this was implemented is from October 15.) Do we have...

Some time ago I have posted this question on meta: How much did “advice for first-time askers” help?
I have suggested that we might try to collect some data to see whether showing the "How to ask?" page to the users who ask their first question on the site actually had some impact.
In the answer I posted there I have also suggested some measures - percentage of closed questions and average score might at least a bit correspond to question quality.
We might compare these stats before the change and after the change. And also we might compare first questions and all questions.
So far I have tried to work only with data on questions that have not been deleted. (We might ask CMs to help to get data for deleted question too.)
And maybe somebody might have some advice how to process the data further.
So far, I have tired to get just moving average for those numbers
I have tried to do this with percentage of closed questions: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/…
And also with average score: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/…
In both cases I am comparing "first questions" and "all questions".

I have asked in Mods' Office whether it would be possible to get data on deleted posts: chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/20352/2019/3/30
BTW looking at the above graphs, I do not see any significant changes around the time when this was introduced.
