I think I've identified another edge-casey situation where the K's disagree =P. basically what to return when indexing a dictionary with a key not present in it, e.g. ((,1)!,!26)0. k4 returns !0, oK 0N, and ngn/k a list of 0N's of the same length as the first value in the dictionary

@coltim *| is a recognized idiom, so it goes through different code, currently unaware of dicts. i'll fix it later today.

@ngn excuse the (horrible) test case, but {x+10>#&1<#'={x*+/2\x}/x}10 segfaults; a version with {x*+/2\x}\x runs and returns 11
