@rcabaco just in case you haven't encountered it before - <': means "is each element less than the previous one?"

x<y for booleans is the same as (~x)&y

@chrispsn my messages above were a bit chaotic, so i'd like to say this again clearly: according to my experiments, the fastest version is /usr/bin/wc when run with ngn/k

k7 has too much overhead for spawning external processes (i'm sure they are watching us and that will change in the future)
