So apparently the "join game" origin overlay invite notification treats pressing the "s" key as yes

so if you back up, you accept the invite and leave your current game

which is probably what happened last night when I was down to last 2 squads :P

I've heard Bangalore + Bloodhound is also pretty OP.

Yeah, that's basically the temporary and requires 2 characters version of it

with digital threat, bangalore just does it by herself

It feels really good when a bangalore smokes themselves, can't see you, but you have digital threat and can see them.

i was sniping people the other day with a 10x and a fully kitted longbow when they were in smoke

Just had a game where I had to go solo because the other two DC'd before the drop. Had 800 damage and 2 kills, but lost in 3rd place

The team I'd been trailing hoping to 3rd party when the last two fought literally 180'd from about 350m, somehow saw me through trees and brush while stationary, and bumrushed me. Felt bad

next time you are solo, just stock up on grenades. get as many as you can, and then find a team and just start chucking as many grenades at them as you can

I had a game like that last night. I considered stocking meds and hiding somewhere, but it was down to 3 squads by ring 3 and I didn't have the patience to hide that long, so I just grabbed a ton of grenades instead.

Seems like grenades are more of pre-fight jockeying rather than a mid-combat option.

Depends. They're really good for flushing people out of cover or covering a charge

I like throwing them at people I downed to secure the kill :)
