Yeah that was my experience most of the time

The group I'm playing with, we've done like 8 games and 4 have had disconnects. One I got stuck in a mountain while ballooning and couldn't move anymore.

finally got a competent team and got a victory :)

one guy died super early, but i killed everyone from that squad, and he was pretty solid on sniping later on

Last time I played randoms was awful

I started playing Overwatch so I could do a little aim practice and then I just kept playing Overwatch instead of Apex Legends.

Spending 5-10 minutes running around collecting gear to die instantly and then do that again is not an engaging gameplay loop for me.

You should try Titanfall

Overwatch is starting to feel stale for me

I hadn't played in a while so it feels good to me right now.

I'll probably get bored of it after a while again, though.

I've mostly been playing Ashe who is new.

@BunsGlazing I can't play shooters on console.

I've tried a bunch of times over the past few years and it's just frustration.

I played through the TF2 campaign and it was fun enough but the whole time I was thinking, "I wish I had a mouse."

Ive seen it cheap on PC a lot. And it does look a lot more mobile with mouse keyboard

Part of what I like about Apex is the downtime is a lot less than other BRs.

5-10 minutes of looting is usually more like 1-2 min

Then you die, call out the last guy is at like 30 health and rezzing their friend, and they're STILL JUST LOOTING

I like to imagine they're just gathering all the good loot into a single box for the squad who is about to wipe us

That's considerate of them

I like to carry a lot of grenades, I sometimes loot a little slow

@Sterno I definitely like it more than I would other BR games, but I still don't think the overall gameplay loop is for me.

I wish there was a visual indicator for whether or not picking up a grenade is going to stack or take up a new slot immediately

It doesn't help that after 10+ hours of play I still feel like I have never won a fight on my own merits.
