@David could you please edit that into why does no one vote meta.

@DuarteFarrajotaRamos sure there are new users. Some aren't. Without risking having to look up Latin terms for character assassination again, I strongly think the CoC could also mention voting and accepting. The voting record of users is on the public record. If you start looking them up, IMO some are abhorrent. Anther is getting no votes, or acceptance, only to see your answer used in next question.
