@ARadish ( x-27) i think you can't change it see here and i have locked in the source code the new created text's font is the built-in (Bfont) it is identified by its filepath =='<built-in>' that means it is loaded in the memory ,i've tried removing it loading another font and set it to '<built-in>' but no luck

It seems that if you can change the UI font you should be able to change the text element default font

yes that should be the case since you can use another font file without problem

i don't know why they had it like this, while the UI is more complicated than a text object but its font can be changed in runtime ?!

@gandalf3 I was wondering if we could move your blackhole.blend to BE, the blend with the ID of 1 (very special) is a deleted test file, I wanted to replace it with somthing worthy and I thought that would be a good candidate. ;D ping me when you're ready before you embed so I can switch out the ID

@GiantCowFilms Doesn't work very well for me.. It keeps pausing the video when I click and drag, and when I drag outside the video it selects stuff on the page and is all annoying..

is it possible to create a mesh on the fly in BGE? if so, how exactly one should do that?

I searched for hours to find aNny references on the subject, and all I found was replacing existing meshes with other ones.. not creating a new one "from thin air"

My advice would be to make youself an even bigger problem by trying to export them with fbx... then there isn't any point in making 'em work :P

I'm using it for a while now, it is pretty awesome, but has different logic than the simple bpy modules

(mostly because of performance concerns)

then you can add an object on the fly.

@Vader since my "normal" is being a crazy, trigger happy, spamming maniac, :) Then if I was to Not be "normal" I'd have to be doing something irregular or different from what I normally do. So for me to not be normal, I'd need to be normal, which gets you into an infinite loop that will devour all the memory and end up crashing your system.
