@SᴀᴍOnᴇᴌᴀ I started tracking some of this data 4 years ago, when I came home from the hospital after my pulse rate hit 205 beats a minute. I have blood pressure and blood sugar readings since April 2020.
The other project mentioned is converting an excel spreadsheet to a MySQL based GUI tool using QT.
