Q: Python - MP3 Randomizer program, any tips for making it a web application?

Andrew WorleyI'm super new to coding. I had a random idea in the car to make this application in order dive head first into learning to code. This is an app to take an MP3 file, "shred it" into pieces (creates 1 second mp3 files temporarily), then randomize the pieces, and then compiles a new MP3 file with al...

Q: How to refactor code and combine 4 methods in 1 in Java

SerhiiI have methods for Selenium test. Actions similar for each other. I need to combine this 4 methods in 1 for better code-style, but do not have a lot of experience for this implementation. public List<String> ticketId() { List<WebElement> ticketId = driver.findElements(ticketsIdLocator...

Yes, that is poor design. In a code review I wouldn't accept code where such functions are not placed in a header that is then included both in the file where it is defined and where it is used. If you don't do that you cur your compilers abilities to detect mismatches in declarations. — Gerhardh 7 secs ago

Q: How to make code more readable by removing nested if-else-s in JavaScript/TypeScript

Leo MessiInitially I was trying to do a switch but in the next lines I will explain why it didn't work like that. Having two arrays like those ones: const countries = [ 'France', 'Italy', 'Spain' ]; const cities = [ 'Paris', 'Marseille', 'Rome', 'Naples', 'Milan', 'Madrid' ]; As you can see, there is a c...
