When serializing objects that contain lists where order does not matter and may change during different invocations... Always, Always, Always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use sets.

On the other hand, bad titles can be a problem anywhere (such as "NEED HELP PLZ"), but we can at least try to discourage them. It's understandable if a new user doesn't know about this right away, but they can still be told how to improve their question.
