Does Code Review's scope include questions about general good practices without any concrete scenario? This [help page](https://codereview.stackexchange.com/help/on-topic) says that Code Review allows questions on "best practices and design pattern usage". I understand that to include advice on best practices in an abstract situation (i.e., specific but not necessarily concrete in itself, although an example could be).
