@NicolasChabanovsky In Meta, we often see votes indicating whether the community is for or against a discussion. That is, if a question has a score of -10 it is not indicative that it is bad, but that the community did not agree with what was proposed, so why is a very negative question still hidden from the homepage? Wouldn't it be interesting to keep the question visible always?
For example, if someone suggests a new feature that is rejected, they will have your question with a lot of negative votes. Other users will eventually never know that this suggestion existed because the question is no longer listed for them.

There's some updates to locks going out shortly. The strings will be:
**$lockedNoticeTitle$**. Comments on this question have been disabled, but it is still accepting new answers and other interactions. [Learn more]($LockedPostsUrl$).
**$lockedNoticeTitle$**. Comments on this answer have been disabled, but it is still accepting other interactions. [Learn more]($LockedPostsUrl$).
`Unless noted, locks disable new interactions (e.g. deletion, editing, answering). Use post locks as a last resort only. [Learn more.]($lockingHelpLink$)
Comments only`
Lock the comments on this post if the discussion is no longer contributing to its improvement. Users will still be able to interact with this post in all other ways.
@gbianchi ^^
I also have a couple of changed paragraphs in the Locks help center article: meta.stackexchange.com/help/locked-posts
> In most cases, a post which is "locked" cannot be modified in any way. Locking prevents...
> The one exception to this is the "Comments only lock", which only prevents new comments from being added to the question or answer that is locked.
