αλεχολυτIs it possible to eliminate double quote symbols around comment text in Low Quality Posts popup and use block quote highlighting like in regular post instead? I think using some kind of universal highlighting would be preferred while using in many languages UI. For instance, on SO in Russi...

@bfavaretto Hey! Over the weekend I thought about that phrase. I think "Mutual respect" works well. On the other hand, could you please tell me what do you think about "Be human first"?
Let us pick something today and add a new help center article! We need to close this question. I have a lot of interesting initiatives for SOpt =)

Hi @fedorqui! If I understand you correctly, then Shog showed me how I can get this info from the local SEDE. Could you please tell me what info do you need for your research?
Oh, he gave me an interesting post: meta.stackoverflow.com/a/370472/564240

@NicolasChabanovsky With the translation to PT in mind, "Be human" works better than "Be human first". But would "human" really work in EN? Shouldn't it be "humane"? If so, translating "humane" to PT is gonna be kinda tough

@bfavaretto hey! Actually, we can write originally in Portuguese. I do not know how it sounds in English but there are a lot of folk around this phrase in the Russian culture.

@bfavaretto Hi once more time! Sorry for the short explanation, I was on an offline meeting with my bicycle peers =) (We try to convince St Petersburg officials to make more bike lines in the city.)
What I meant is that the phrase came from, let's call it, the Russian culture. We use it a lot. The phrase "to be human" in Russian means relate to people around you kind, honest and with mutual respect.
By the "people first" I meant that we care about other people, who like we, passionate about programming. We want to help them, and feel empathy to their problems, especially because we suffered in the past from the same problems too.
I think, you are correct, the direct translation to Portuguese will not work here. I do not know what phrase is better to use in this context, Could you please tell me what phrase would you recommend to use in this context? Actually we do not need to translate it to English. Just use Portuguese one!
What do you think?
