Putting the URL in Firefox is a GET call. Any request is a GET call. To POST you need to either do it via JS, PostMan or a form post (a button and a route in a action="/myPostAction".
So it really depends if you want this POST action to run off a form post (button) or an AJAX call via JavaScript.
