@soupless I do not know how school works in the Philippines, but I'd imagine it is very stressful, like I have heard is the case in Vietnam and South Korea. Let me say this : find ways to actually take time off, and boost your performance when you are actually doing work. Taking breaks is your way of recharging your batteries and going again. At your age, 5 hours a day is too little. Sleep at least an hour more, if possible two hours more. I don't know why they do this to students.
