on second thought the table would be Alt²(any A) -> 0 ; Alt²(any E) -> always the same Asomething for all the nonisometric groups

right :-) so for those E would be enough :-)
The table should serve several purposes. A) list and define the families. B) show what happens in K_t (people will get interested in that, I suppose) in the sense that its not all the same and in which cases Gamma_l is contained

Hi @mercio, back again, guests went home and our appointment for tomorrow was cancelled, so lets tackle the last epsiode of the quest (for arXive) ...
There are to issues at the moment: 1. will and when we have THE table. 2. §9 §10 have to written s.t. we have a smooth text.
I'll immediately go for 2.
(after thats all sorted out we let it "rest" for one day, read it again, in case have last corrections and then submitt it ....!!! ***

wait if you just want the Alt² it is just a matter of looking at the direct product table and picking up the [] parts on the diagonal

if we just make a table by looking at gernot's pages and making a list of the irreps and their Alt² it bothers me that it just looks like a bunch of random letters and that a mathematician seeing that will have no chance of understanding what they mean

I make a sketch about what i had in mind ...
(its already in my mind I just have to dig it out ... ;-) )
its good, just remove the 1D reps, include the _d,_v/_h point groups and collect all in one table
