If you own the CPU or can rent it, then you can just measure it yourself
If you are talking about a password hash, then you can have a peek at the hashcat benchmarks for the CPU
if you are talking about encryption you can have a look here for the architecture of your CPU (and from there it should scale linearly in the core count and the frequency) bench.cr.yp.to
