Q: Font issues in new design 2015-12-22

Maarten BodewesI'm not so sure about the font. The font seems to have a bit of an issue with weight distributions over the pixels. Especially the bottom of the letter s (both in lower and uppercase, s and S seems to be missing top and and bottom. As developer, I deliberately didn't buy a UHD screen (working on ...

Q: Minor issues with new design

otusA couple of issues. Here is the review queue view: The green bar is a different and IMO conflicting green than the buttons. You see more of it if you hover over the meter. The same is visible in the profile/activity page. You see different greens in reputation values than reputation bars and...

Q: Privileges link icon obfuscates the text

Artjom B.The link icon of the Privileges link in the profile is positioned a little to much to the left. Something like a margin-right: -20px; would fix it, but it should be checked if it breaks something else. Yay! Free-hand circles!

@IlmariKaronen Nice. Does the logo on the bottom-right look blurry to others or is it just my eyes?

It's a scaled-down PNG. They should probably make it an SVG instead.
Actually, the main site logo seems to be PNG too. That's odd...
...um, wait, it's a PNG embedded in an SVG. o_O
...or wait, no it isn't. But it still looks pixelated when I zoom in. That's weird...
Huh. It looks OK on Chrome, but pixelated on Firefox.

Q: Site logo looks pixelated when zoomed in on Firefox

Ilmari KaronenFor some reason, Firefox (v43.0 / Ubuntu 14.04) isn't properly scaling up the new logo when zoomed in: (Click to enlarge.) The background scales fine, and so do e.g. the vote buttons (which come from the same sprite sheet as the logo). I suspect the problem may have something to do with the fi...

Q: Flag to close dialog is positioned too far to the right and down

Artjom B.If you want to flag to close a question, the second dialog which provides the global close reasons is positioned too far to the right and down. I might even need to scroll a bit (depending on the zoom level; the new font is a bit thin) to see the flag button. Both dialogs have roughly the same...

Q: Strong text a bit too strong

Maarten BodewesIn the new site design I think that the bold style is a bit too strong. This can be fixed by using Semi-Bold font face, i.e. replacing: b,strong { font-weight: bold; } with b,strong { font-weight: 600; } This should reduce the volume of shouting on the site.

Q: It's so dark in here and I can change my next badge progress

Artjom B.Need more light! Need to change tracked badge, but can't! ;) Broken buttons: Result: I can't change the tracked badge, because clicking anywhere closes that dialog. The lightbox should probably go somewhere else.

@mikeazo, why is this question still locked?
after all the OP can't delete the question by himself anymore and would need ~7-10 people voting to delete in order to delete it
or do you still fear a rollback / edit war?

Q: I don't know where I am, but I'm active in the profile

Artjom B.The state of the filter selection between questions and answers in the profile is not visible: but it is on Stack Overflow: Easy fix: Change the class name from active to youarehere if any of those links under #post-filters and #post-sorts are active.

@SEJPM Unlocked it. I typically only do a short-term lock (a few days or so). Till things cool down. Must have done a permanent one for some reason that escapes me.

@mikeazo maybe you just forgot to unlock it :)

@SEJPM Either way, thanks for the reminder.
