@YesheTenley @ChrisW @TenzinDorje I did not and do not see where I denigrating Je TKP or anyone or belittling anyone, Yeshe Tenley. I already provided my argument with support, please read carefully and notice these words ...recorded in Shorter Saṃyukta-āgama of Dirghanakha Brahmacārin (長爪梵志)... in my original comment, until you got it.
It's not my duty to provide the quote of Shorter S-agama's text, nor the comment space allowed long quotes with the story how Buddha refuted the argument of that Brahmin which is same as Candrakirti's. I made my comment with full respect to Tenzin Dorje, in fact I decided to write the comment for I concerned he got it incorrect, he didn't response to my comment. With this background I wrote my post to elaborate the correct Nagarjuna's teaching for those who can understand and appreciate
I suggest you to read more authentic Buddha Sutras to build a solid foundation of your Dharma knowledge, instead of being overwhelmed with the idea of gurus or idea of authority of persons. The teaching of the Buddha is to regain your own wisdom with good mind of discernment, that's called real enlightenment. Are you not on the path to reach enlightenment?

You are denigrating Je Tsongkapa by using the word "hack" and by your use of scare quotes around Buddha-hood.
You are also less than respectful in my opinion for advising a member of the ordained sangha to be careful of Prasangika-Madhyamaka when that ordained monk is in the lineage of Je Tsongkhapa who view Prasangika-Madhyamaka as the correct tenet system. That you disagree with Prasangika-Madhyamaka is not a problem. I think there are no problems with you disagreeing respectfully and elucidating your disagreement. But that is not what you have done here.
As for whether it is your duty or not to provide a link to the text which you base your criticism of Chandrakirti, I do not think it your duty at all. That is why I asked please. If you do not wish to help me or others understand your argument on this point that is up to you. However, if you wanted others to understand your criticism rather than just read it as an unsupported ad hominem I would have thought you'd wish to provide the link. Anyway, it is up to you.
Also, your suggestion to read more authentic Buddha Sutras and advice I take to be quite patronizing.
Implicit in this suggestion is that I'm not currently reading authentic Buddha Sutras and explicitly suggesting I am overwhelmed with guru devotion. That is both patronizing and untrue.
@Mishu米殊 I actually would welcome understanding your disagreements with various points of doctrine in my lineage. That might be beneficial to discuss respectfully.

I afraid am running out of time to engage with you in this discussion. It must be I losing my mind to spend so much time today in this forum. To answer in snap, I did in that comment google the corresponding Agama Sutra to find the Pali equivalent but null. It would be unhelpful if I linked or copied the Chinese text, I meant I had to translate... I didn't have the time. It's good for you to want to know more about the arguments.
I may come back when there's time, if you are interested. But again, it's very complex and will require a lot lot of words and time
