@ManishEarth wow it really gets quiet in here!
@ChrisWhite how much you know about m theory? :P

9:41 AM
@RhysW Turned out that he just wanted us to find the equation of motion which was a differential equation in both f and x. -_-
@RhysW /me has college, so does Crazy, and the rest have their own stuff

@RhysW maybe you find this interesting as a start. Chris White is not too found of such stuff, as I have noted ... :-P

@Dilaton i'm just not understanding of such stuff - the only "m theory" i'm comfortable with is Mie theory

@ManishEarth In Inglish (is that what it is called?), what does "confusion" mean? Is it similar to the Inglish "doubt"?
@CrazyBuddy What about a train: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/…

Q: Inline hyperlink in a comment

71GACan anyone tell me how do I paste a hyperlink into an coment? I always dislike long hyperlinks like this one: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=int_%28-0.1%29%5E%280.1%29+1.06%5E2*x%5E2*e%5E%28-x%5E2%2F1%29+dx We can also see, that the above isn't fully reckognized (a bug or simply it all s...

Of course, the above one sucks because of nonuniform formatting and all
(I didn't want to regenerate the pngs from Mathematica)
And yes, I probably should have used Matlab or Scilab to solve the equations, but meh. Mathematica is prettier :P

Q: Searching my answers

joshphysicsAt this point, I have answered quite a few questions on physics.SE, and it would be very helpful to have the ability to search them. Is there a way to restrict the physics.SE native search to only my answers? If not, has adding such functionality been considered thus far?

10:01 PM
@ManishEarth I'll stick with TikZ
