@Rubén I have noticed that in your answer meta.stackexchange.com/revisions/350602/1 the link was rendered as [the other answer](https://webapps.meta.stackexchange.com/a/4745/88163) rather than the other answer.
That is why I moved <hr> from blockquote.
I do not know whether that is some kind of bug, but while it was there, the link did not render correctly. (At least in the preview.)
I assume you wanted to post it as a link.
