Any good approach on removing image caption text from get_the_excerpt(). Caption text should not be included. Can obviously create a custom get excerpt function but do I really have to!

Are image captions part of a shortcode / could you use strip_shortcodes()?

Weird, I can't even get the image block / image block caption to show up with the excerpt functions.

As we enter a new decade, there are tremendous forces converging—cloud computing, big data, AI, ML, and an increasingly diverse group of young coders from around the world.
