When reviewing low quality posts, with a 'code-only' post, what action should I take? I've posted a comment for the user and skipped this one for now - wordpress.stackexchange.com/review/low-quality-posts/109946 - but I wasn't sure if I should also be recommending deletion?

@kaiser what's up with deleting my answer? the link still works just fine. it might not be great answer — for which there is a downvote. deleting just removes information from site.
 
@Rarst Deleted it as the flag was valid. Can undelete in case you want to update it after 5 years – which I assumed you would not want.
 
link answers are just meh, not forbidden
 
So: Undelete it?
Or just leave it gone – which I'd prefer as the article itself offers zero insights.

Guess the wife does discover last. Seems like some core developers think there is a leadership problem in core
But you need to be an insider to understand who and why. Guess the most important WP discussions happen on twitter and not on slack or in the make blogs
