@Dennis Is this enough to claim SBCS when characters are not in Dyalog Classic?

@Adám It's technically a different language that transpiles to APL. I think this question would be better answered on.meta though.
 
@Dennis Is BF which uses 8 different symbols a different language? Is BF stored as 3-bits/command a different language? Anyway, I'll post on meta.
 
@Adám Yes, it is. TIO has several languages that are just BF with different symbols or a different encoding.
@Adám No. You can definitely claim that it's X bytes, but maybe not that it's X bytes in APL.
 
@Dennis What if I modify the Dyalog APL wrapper so that it has a flag causing it to take my custom SBCS files, auto-transliterate them, and then run them? Isn't this basically what Jelly provides?
@Dennis On TIO, Jelly is always run with the fu option, and I don't see that contributing to byte count.
