honestly, the style kinda reminds me of Psychostick quite a bit

@Chippies I don't see much musically similar between the two, interestingly. Troldhaugen strikes me as a bunch of musicians first who just sing about random nonsense. Psychostick is hitting me as a comedy group who happens to do comedy via music.

Psychostick reminds me more of Arrogant Worms.

It's a very obvious parody band from Canada that existed in like the 90s.

"Me Like Hockey" is their classic, but "The Last Saskatchewan Pirate" might be more representative of their normal style.

On the other end of spectrum, Troldhaugen also reminded me of Retard-O-Bot (and Mindless Self Indulgence to an extent), but... not as extreme

@Slowpoke there's plenty of comedy bands, but Psychostic is one of the rare ones that do comedy and metal together in a very good way

@Chippies Oh, yeah, MSI is a really good comparison IMO.
