(and with those words Klee rerun banner gets replaced for Jean one, just a second after Zhongli one closed so every single player that skipped him for Klee will hate Jean for the rest of their lives)

Realistically: is it THAT smart to start skins with a 5*?

In their place, I would just have add the Amber outfit from the manga - since the patch is indeed supposed to be Ludi.

not a featured 5* (unless they feature her during that patch??) and also is jean even that popular as far as 5*s go?

i feel like spending was higher on klee banner due to rerolling being viable for venti and so after people reroll venti they spend to get klee on the same account?

@SPArcheon i mean granted amber is probably one of the less played characters and thus that might not sell well either

TBH idk which two characters i'd think are the best choice to give skins to

but story-wise amber makes sense for the reasons you mentioned

Kompu Gatcha, illegal in japan, but I think it may be different enough to pass, based on how it is implemented.

The idea is that you can't have gatcha items "combine" together.

the common example is two items that combine in a rarer one. But it is my understanding the definition is quite smokey

For example I heard of a game - probably the usual one piece cruise one - that had combined attack from gatcha units planned but they were removed because of legal problems.

So, that should mean they shouldn't be able to sell the skins as gatcha because that would mean you could end up with a skin for a character you don't have.

i died on my first attempt because of how much cc the archers have combined

so i changed my strategy a bit and it was actually pretty easy overall

well the whole thing so far has basically been "be level 90 or die" but the last one especially

ganyu made it rather easy

the attendants just sort of died when i was shooting the main target itself

I was just talking about the people on reddit who take great pride in claiming that the thing is doable at level 50 if you are good enough. And that they gave you a free Diona so there is no need for other shields

apparently people seem to think that lev 1 Diona shield must be as good as lev 90

I mean... it is not like the thing... I don't know... scales on her hp....

lol there are always people who like to flex that they did something and shit on other people for not being able to do it lol. i mean sure it's probably possible but you'd need really good artifacts / weapons / luck (in terms of enemies' targeting / missing / whatever)

Based on some test I had, I would say that the shield would just break quite fast.

even my noelle's shield breaks pretty fast and she's level 90 with talent level 13 on E and around 2.7k defense

The problem there is that the thing is a race against the clock even with the timer disabled

yeah. also if your damage isn't high enough you literally just can't kill it, whittling it down doesn't work on the last one
