Q: How is Zeref related to Natsu Dragneel if Zeref is a human and Natsu is a demon?

If Zeref made END does that mean he made Natsu? Was Natsu born a human and then transformed into a demon by Zeref or was Natsu made a being as a demon by Zeref's magic?And if so how are they brothers if one is demon and one human? Any clarity would help, I'm so confused!

@Darjeeling in Index it does have the SISTERS Arc where he still does that but there like a one off episode later on in the first season showing how Accelerator's now a bum because he lost to a Level 0 and some dick tries to use Last Order to control the other SISTERs. in the end Accelerator takes a bullet in the head for Last Order but we know he's still alive

Shaymin is sensing a myriad of dislike for Accelerator, Shaymin notes diligently... By the by, I wasn't impressed by the first two volumes of A Certain Scientific Accelerator. The pace seems really slow and Accelerator refuses to let people give their backstories and explain what is going on.
