maybe a mix of Party and Duel Maps from Mario Party 3 so that the mini-game when you land on the same space as another character is sorta danmaku VS battle where each player is on either side and they fire off bullet patterns to hit their opponent
At the beginning of the first episode. A instrumental plays where it starts at the school and leaves blow around.. I really really really want that soundtrack.. I've been searching for so long.. Does anybody know it.. Please help
@Memor-X Almost every Charizard card is disproportionately more expensive than other cards.
Because collectors keep hoarding them.
I'm not a Charizard hoarder so I'm not part of the problem. Instead, I just try to complete entire sets - which is really difficult when there are random cards that are exponentially more expensive than the rest. (namely Charizards and female trainer full arts)
@Mysticial lol, people hording anime girls and dragons, about the only reason i can think of outside of any strategical benefit (ie. Kaiba hording Blue Eyes because they are the strongest at the time)
It was the 3rd most expensive card in the set at the time.
$15 - 20 at the time. About 3x the other cards with the same rarity. So the waifu tax of 3x.
Main benefit is that I didn't have to buy that card to complete the set.
The rainbow Charizard I pulled earlier is so expensive that I probably wouldn't have bought it anyway even if that was the last one I needed to complete the set.
But having pulled it today, that solves that problem.
@Memor-X Normally about $4 individually. Boxes are usually $90 which have 36 packs each. But in this case, they were special packages at Costco which basically had them at around $2 each amortized.
@Mysticial i just remember when i used to get them i never once got a Colorless Energy. the only thing close was 2 Special ones which could become Colorless
Oh, yeah, I forgot that special energy cards are also separate.
There's always exactly one basic energy per pack (with exceptions for some sets). All special and secret rare energies take other slots.
Secret rare energy cards are also really expensive. Typically $20 - 30 each. They aren't exactly aesthetically pleasing cards to look at. But I suspect they're being inflated by "rich" people trying to construct entire decks out of reverse holos and full arts.

So there are 20 secret rares in this set. I've opened 157 packs and I've only gotten 3 secret rares. One of those 3 is that $250 rainbow Charizard. I know I'm lucky to hit the Charizard, but I don't know if I'm unlucky on only getting 3 from 157 packs.
I have 36 left (equivalent of one box) which I'll leave for another day.
It's a good thing really. They going to go the legal route, creating a platform where they actually work together with artists and make sure they get their deserved cut out of it. Instead of the basically piracy they provided
