As someone who is somewhat familiar/knowledgeable with the Fate series, I feel really conflicted with Arturia and Morgan pairing. But I don't feel averse about it.

With that Rikkane pairing though, I felt that kiss was especially sweet and passionate. I liked how the artist drew them, I liked the face grabbing and the placement of the hands, it tells somewhat of a story about the image

Hmm? Well, Morgana le Fay is always casted as the villain in arthruian legends, and Fate's version if not an exception of that.

@Keale well maybe consider that Shirou notes the ambiguity of the Arthruian Legend and that we still don't know the full truth of what happened there. i hold onto the belief that "enchantment" is used by Arturia's most loyal supporter to explain her downfall

in reality Arturia loved her sister and wanted her to be the queen but was expected to be with Guinevere. drinking away her despair in the tavern. little did she know that this woman sitting next to her that she felt conformable spilling her heart out too was infact the sister she loved dearly and under the influence of alcohol where the 2 had sex

remember that even the history in the Nasuverse has errors as Waver pointed our in regards to Iskander

Ahaha yeah I know that too. That's one of the reasons I love Fate (and Nasuverse by extension). It's always so fascinating. I do hope she comes out as a servant in FGO and that her backstory can explain things from her side.

Btw, were you familiar with the arthurian legends before fate? Or fate came first before your familiarity with arthurian legends?

Same with me. FSN was my entry point too. Though I don't play FGO, I still keep myself familiar with it, since I'm interested in the new servants.

Besides being a weeb, I'm quite of a history nerd. That's also another reason why I love Fate

@Keale well i think they already did a Camelot campaign and i don't think Morgan will show up as a Servant given she wouldn't be admitted into the Throne of Heroes (but then again the Grand Order summons Ryougi Shiki so who knows)

if she did become a Servant i'd like her to get an ability that boosts her stats if she's in a formation which includes a primary Arturia (Saber, Lancer, Alter or Lancer Alter) and a bigger boost if it's a Primary Arturia and Mordred (a slightly weaker one if you have 2 Primary Arturia's)

@Keale yeh i do like how they take a spin on history and mythology. like how Medusa's personification stare doesn't actually turn people into stone but freezes them in fear of a nightmare they see and the nightmare she saw when Perseus reflected back was the guilt of seeing the peaceful life she could have had with her sisters, the life she destroyed

and also how the Greek Gods are huge dicks to people (ie. how they treated the Gorgan Sisters and Medea)

i would like to see whether, given how Amaterasu actually exists, Tsukiyomi also exists as a separate entity and how this would impact Brunestud of the Crimson Moon

Yeah! The concept of history's great heros duking it out in anime fights is really awesome. Could have been used for other titles.

@Memor-X Given Caesar's impact on history, I would have liked to have him portrayed in a better light, and have more impact on the story

Then maybe have the other Romans too (Cicero, Mark Anthony, or Augustus)

I mean I would have liked if they are treated like how the arthrurian ones are treated, that would be so cool

@Keale yeh. it was Nero who defeated her but because of her own misunderstanding of who Nero is they are kinda at odds

My enjoyment of the fate series comes from my knowledge of history really. It somehow answers that 'what-ifs', like what if Boudica and Nero met etc

the GO wikia is more focused on the mechanics, stats, etc. rght?
