and given Altrouge has 2 "knights" serving her i think it also takes 1 Servant each for them

pfff, so Souren's plan is never gonna work. in the end he's up against the Counter Force and there are many beings that could finish him off should Shiki fail to do so.

so you need either the Servants from the Grand Order or the Great Holy Grail War to get enough to kill Altrouge
