as far as I know you still have to have a good enough understanding of how parallelizing game-specific load works independent of programming languages
so that's not a language-dependent argument
replace going from c++ to rust with going from rust to c#

none of them do the work of figuring out how to connect the parallelized workloads together at the end of the update
unless it's something really revolutionary which I doubt
the best I can imagine is some algo which detects parallelizable load and has some rough pre-sets and does automatic parallelizing but in a clunky, suboptimal way
after all, if it's gonna be automatic, it's gonna be pretty generic and multi-purpose, therefore not the best possible result
