@DoctorWhom I kinda retired now. (Didn't leave yet, but now only visit the site once or twice a day). It's sad if you look at the front page, almost everything closed as off-topic...

@Narusan Agreed. I'm dropping in for the queue mostly and a little bit here and there. It's discouraging. Not sure it's sustainable after all. I think the only thing I would have strong motivation for would be a complete overhaul with handing out hammers to the major players to cull all bad/wrong/off topic questions/answers.
That would take site admin investment, which seems harder to get involved than we thought. Then it can take on more of a MedicalSciences approach, and we fold the MS proposal into it. Even if the entire thing goes under, I wish we could preserve the great Q/As that have come out of this somehow. Has that been done?

@DoctorWhom I was about to inquire along those lines. MedSci isn't doing well at the moment, most of the Qs can't be answered there now but would be excellent to upgrade the front-page on Health. (On SE I thought nothing gets deleted?)
Given the quality of Qs on MedSci and the fact that most of us have spent the number of Qs allowed there: Where are the new Qs popping through the minds of recent contributors to MedSci? That is: why aren't they on Health – now?

@DoctorWhom This is my stand as a well. I‘ll retire but leave a return open for a large overhaul of the debates. I think the data dump of any SE is available, and we could use WebArchive for other important questions.
@LangLangC To be honest, looking at our front page I wouldn’t dare to ask...
