I'm going to sleep now, but tomorrow I need to prepare to be away from my laptop for a while because I'm going to the UK and I'm leaving it here so that I can bring my other laptop back when I return (hopefully!)

The other laptop also has a keyboard problem, but it's not as bad as the a and d and left shift keys not working. Its main problem is that it uses too much power and the battery has been pretty much totally destroyed by my dad leaving it plugged in all the time

In fact, maybe it's false economy to try to use that laptop instead of buying a new one, or just an external keyboard!
