Thanks for your concern. Problem fixed. Problem is conflict between Ubuntu server user and .Net application user. It's take 3 days to solve . Work from home, VPN problem, slow net so difficult to debug also play vital role and take more time to solve.

This room is for discussions that are (or would be) off-topic in the Downboat, or that were on-topic there originally but became overly long and technical. Often discussions starts in that room and are moved to this one, but it doesn't have to be that way.

So the only scope-related reason a post would be inappropriate in this room is if it was about something clearly on-topic in the Downboat. But even then, the solution would not be to kick the user; the messages could simply be moved from this room to that one. (Messages are often moved from there to here, but are sometimes moved from here to there.)

Your questions about permissions would also be on-topic in AUGR, where they might get attention from more people (though that room has not been very active lately, in spite of it being the main chat room for Ask Ubuntu), and could be posted to the main site, which is often a good thing to do and the most effective way to get answers.

But there's nothing wrong with talking or asking about it in this room. (Whether or not you'll get an answer is another matter; only a few people regularly read messages in this room.)
