Do y’all think it would be a good idea if upvoting was restricting until somebody read the tour or posted on the site? This came to my mind because more than 5 times as many people have the supporter badge than the informed badge, and because of the complaints against HNQ voting.

@EkadhSingh-ReinstateMonica Not exactly the same, but there are some related feature requests on Meta Stack Exchange, such as: The association bonus should not enable users to vote on every site and Prevent questions on the Hot List from being upvoted by casual visitors (only rep is from association bonus).
