@EkadhSingh-ReinstateMonica I'm not sure if you're counting correctly then, some of them are just pre-emptive synonyms so the new tag, if someone tries to create it, automatically tags to the existing one.

Regarding your proposed synonym, note that heads of state aren't presidents per se, so that shouldn't be a tag synonym.
