@Secret - oh, in THAT case, you want Republican party. RNC's platform (at least in 2008? whenever I last checked) is officially all of the above on energy.
@Secret Problem is that socialists are (almost) never content with building their local socialism without forcing everyone around them into their model. Largely, because the ideology itself is moralistic, and views any non-socialism as "evil". Those that are content to be local, do work (e.g. see Kibbutzes in Israel - they implement a local version of communism, nobody else is bothered, win win)
