@Edmund When a question is closed, no one can answer it. It is not because of how much reputation you have. Somethings that could be tried include: Vote to reopen. (A comment why you think the question is not too broad might help). You can propose an edit to the question that could make it less broad. If that edit is accepted the question would automaticaly be placed in the reopen queue.
