Protip: with perfect headshots, you have exactly enough ammo in one magazine to never need to reload.

So 3 of my RL friends and I started this little competition amongst ourselves. We're all big Xbox gamers, so we each assigned each other an achievement to get (making 3 achievements for each person). I just finished my third one, and the friend that gave it to me is evil. He gave me The Dark Soul in Dark Souls (get all other achievements).

@AdmBorkBork I love Dark Souls, but I didn't love going through an additional 2 playthroughs for all of the miracles and pyromancies (would've just been 1, but I messed up with Rhea's questline).

I failed my first attempt... then I succeeded on the second attempt... but forgot to bring the flower ._. ... and then succeeded again on the third attempt

you get a very helpful charm for finding all the grubs

@Mego it's not bad so far but after Hollow Knight I'm thoroughly unimpressed

It does have some cool unique mechanics but so far the game has failed to make me care about any of the lore and regions and there's little sense of accomplishment to getting the upgrades.

@Mego It's clearly trying to be Super Metroid more than anything else. I just don't think it's quite as good.

It feels like it's broader where Super Metroid has more depth.

IIRC the upgrades in Super Metroid were much sparser and you explored their mechanics much more thoroughly. In AV, I feel like I'm unlocking a new mechanic every five minutes and they don't feel like I've earned them.

for competitive FPS games would you recommend low graphics high fps or high graphics decent fps

Personally, I prefer my graphics to be sync'd to monitor refresh to avoid tearing, so whatever settings I can get to do that.

I find tearing so incredibly distracting that it pulls me out of whatever game I'm doing.

Competitive CS:GO players (or the like) tend to play low graphics high fps
