I just realized that showing the numbers of up/down votes is a feature for only MSE (and maybe some others), not for many other SE communities.

It is shown to established users - on graduate sites it is 1k+: math.stackexchange.com/help/privileges/established-user

Of course, any user can get up/downvotes from timeline/SEDE - but that's more complicated than this.
