@MartinSleziak I see it too. Clicking on it fixes some, but not all, of the problems.

No, actually clicking on the link fixes much of the issue (using CMD+click to open the link in a new tab).
Also, it seems to be a problem with that question: math.stackexchange.com/users/169324/emily?tab=topactivity

I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that the title is very long?
and includes MathJax?
 
Long MathJax expressions seems like the source of the problem.
@XanderHenderson I have posted a but report on Mathematics Meta: MathJax: “jumbled up” in the activity tab of a user.
Since I learned that I can use [math.se] and [math.meta.se] in chat (and comments), I started using it quite often. I did not know about this before.

I like the autolinks. ;) Some of them are specific to chat... though I can never remember which.
 
I think that in Stack Exchange terminology, they are called magic links.
Which is a nice name. :-)
